Refund Policy

Bids buy promotional placement and take effect immediately after payment verification, so they are generally non-refundable. Refunds are issued for duplicate charges, technical errors, or listings removed by us without a rules violation. Refunded amounts are removed from the listing's verified total and its ranking is recalculated. Request a refund within 7 days via the Contact page.
